WebinarKit went from zero to more than 20,000 users by building the webinar platform its founders wished existed: an all-in-one solution for automated and live selling webinars, built by marketers, for marketers.

Our story

WebinarKit started with a simple frustration. Co-founders Stefan Ciancio and Phil Schaffer were running webinars to sell their own products and for clients, and every existing platform forced the same painful trade-off: clunky live tools that broke under load, or automated tools that felt fake and converted poorly. None of them connected the registration page, the watch room, and the follow-up into one funnel.

Stefan has spent over a decade in online marketing, running lead generation and product launch campaigns and teaching thousands of entrepreneurs how to sell with webinars. Phil leads product and engineering. Together they set out to build the tool they wished they had: one platform where a marketer could create an automated or live webinar, build the funnel around it, and let it sell 24/7 without a separate cart, email tool, or chat widget.

That "built by marketers, for marketers" philosophy still drives every decision. Today WebinarKit powers automated and live webinars for more than 20,000 coaches, course creators, and agencies, whose campaigns have generated millions of dollars in sales on the platform.
