Please note that you may be held accountable to us or others for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that your content is or is not infringing the copyrights of others.
Do you have rights in a copyrighted work?
We have registered an agent with the United States Copyright Office in accordance with the terms of the DMCA and avails itself of the protections under the DMCA. Master Key Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to remove any Visual Content or Communications that allegedly infringes another person’s copyright. Master Key Marketing, Inc. will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, Users who are repeat infringers of another person’s copyright.
We will process notices of alleged copyright infringement in the order they were received, duplicate notices may cause delays. Where appropriate, we may suspend and warn repeat violators, and in more serious cases, permanently terminate user accounts. If we remove or disable access to content in response to a notice of infringement, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact the user who posted the affected content.
If you feel that your content is not infringing, you may provide Master Key Marketing, Inc. with a written counter notice. You should file such counter notice instead of reposting the removed material.
How we handle allegations of infringement
If you believe in good faith that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with sufficient written notice by messaging the following information to cianci1129@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright Infringement” (or to our DMCA registered post office box listed above at Master Key Marketing, Inc.):
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if any);
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
A description of where on our Services the material that you claim is infringing may be found, sufficient for Master Key Marketing, Inc. to locate the material (e.g., the URL);
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright Master Key Marketing, Inc. its agent, or the law and is not a fair use;
A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf; and
Your electronic or physical signature.
Please note that you may be liable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by us or our users, if you materially and knowingly misrepresent that the material or activity in question is infringing. If you aren’t sure whether your rights are infringing, you should consult an attorney before sending us a copyright notification.
Filing a DMCA Notice (to Remove Copyright-Protected Content)
If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, please provide us with sufficient written counter-notification by messaging the following information to cianci1129@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright Infringement Counter Notification” (or to our DMCA registered address listed above):
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if any);
A description of the material that was removed and the location on our Services (e.g., the URL) where it previously appeared;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, any judicial district in which Master Key Marketing, Inc. may be found (which includes the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person; and
Your electronic or physical signature.
