Step 2. To Access Your WebinarKit Account:

You should have been emailed login details for your WebinarKit account. Please check your email and spam for your new WebinarKit login details.

If you are an existing WebinarKit user, you should see your account automatically upgraded with the new features.

You will be able to access all features of your purchase (webinars and the white label sub-account features) via the dashboard and main menu. In addition, you will find the White Label branding options in the settings of your account. 

Step 3. Contact Us to Set Up Your Custom Domain

Important: You must contact our support team in order to set up your custom domain. Please follow the instructions below to set up your custom domain.

Please open a support ticket with our team here at [email protected] (or use the little bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen on this page, or our home page).

For the "Subject" field when creating the ticket, please enter "WebinarKit Custom Domain Purchase".

Please let us know what domain you want to use (I.E. mycustomdomain.com). 

We’ll also need to know whether you want to use a subdomain (I.E. webinar.mycustomdomain.com) or just the root level domain (I.E. mycustomdomain.com).

If you already have a website on your root level domain (I.E. mywebsite.com), we strongly recommend using a subdomain (I.E. webinar.mywebsite.com) as that will allow you continued access to the website on the root level domain.

Once you have provided us with that information, our team will walk you through the remaining steps and answer any questions you may have. Enjoy your custom domain!
