To get started, you'll need to contact our tech team and provide some details so that we can get your custom domain set up with WebinarKit. Please open a support ticket with our team here: https://stefanc.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
For the "Subject" field when creating the ticket, please enter "WebinarKit Custom Domain Purchase".
You'll need to provide our team with the custom domain name you would like to use. For example: mycustomdomain.com
Once you have provided us with your custom domain, we will supply you with a "DNS Target". You will then need to create a new record with your DNS provider or domain registrar using the DNS Target we provide you.
Our team will walk you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have, but that is essentially the entire process. Enjoy your custom domain!
